We use various courier companies within the Philippines to deliver your order to you but we are limited to the covered areas they support within their system. When you proceed with your order and you will not see any warnings the moment you entered your zip code, then assume that your location is fully covered by the courier who does deliver our packages in your area, so just proceed with your order and your payment after that. It is important to know and enter the correct zip code for your area or delivery address to avoid undeliverable orders.

In most locations, our couriers deliver your order to your front door but it also happens that you need to collect your order at the local distribution hub from that courier in your area. In both situations, you will receive your order. Also some courier service specific locations on certain days, this is not under our control so be patient in this matter and wait for your delivery.

When you have entered your zip code (postal code) that belongs to your address and you do get a warning that your area might not be covered by our courier then you have two options.

1. 1. You can alter your delivery address to a shipping address of a relative who lives at another location that is covered by our courier. You will then need to collect your order at that address and communicate with them.
   2. You can complete the order but you should not pay yet for your order and wait for us to contact you instead. We will check then your entered address if delivery is possible and if so, ask you to process your payment. If your delivery address is not covered by our courier then we can only ask you to change your delivery address as given in option 1 or we need to cancel your order because our courier cannot deliver your order.

There are zip codes or postal codes within certain areas where certain barangays are within the coverage from the courier and other barangays are not, and to avoid delivery and refund problems we have actually put all those zip codes areas on hold so our clients will face the least problems when ordering.
